Vendor Coordinator- Spanish. This global company is growing it's supplier/vendor mgt. team & this is a unique opportunity to use your negotiation & contract management skills, to support the business with essential services they need to perform efficiently. Summary. You will be responsible for vendor & contract management of services the company uses. Key responsibilities are to: - * Understand & interpret contracts. * Build supplier/vendor relationships & categorise as either strategic, tactical, legacy or emerging. * Review & understand a vendor' financial status (read & interpret financial statements. * Create internal guides to contracts for procurement & stakeholders. * Manage implementation of contracts in line with negotiations. * Monitor KPIs & adjust where necessary. * Oversee complaints, issues & work with stakeholders & vendors to resolve. * Track savings & cost avoidance, dealing with financial planning & forecasting. Required Skills/Experience. Ideally min of 5 years' exp. in customer/supplier mgt. Fluent & literate in English & Spanish. Detail orientated with financial knowledge, data analytical skills, communication & problem solving skills. Communicate comfortably with all levels of seniority. Customer focused - respond to queries in a confident, courteous & positive manner. Previous exp. of working in a fast paced procurement environment. Highly organised, can prioritise tasks; build & maintain effective working relationships. Awareness of regulation & legislation for markets involved. Proven team player with excellent communication & analytical skills & attention to detail. Qualifications & Certifications. Educated to Degree level or equivalent ideally.
