Marketing Production Administrator

We know our people are our greatest asset and our success is down to the commitment and dedication of our team.  We are looking for a detail orientated Marketing Production Administrator to coordinate the administration of Marketing Production tasks, including but not limited to Leaflet, Press Ads & Weekly Signage Pack. As Marketing Production Administrator, you will ensure that all deadlines are met, and that accuracy is maintained across all tasks. Your Tasks. Act as a key contact between the Marketing and the Purchasing Department for the production of the Leaflet & Press Ads.   Purchasing all required print material as required. Overseeing the purchasing of all weekly advertising. Maintaining the costs for both the leaflet and the weekly advertising packs. Overseeing and maintaining supplier contracts. Ensuring all guidelines set in the advertising handbook are adhered to throughout the Leaflet, Press Ads & Weekly Pack. Communicating with Lidl International regarding the weekly letter and other ad-hoc tasks. Liaising with advertising agencies, printers and distribution companies. Leaflet allocations for stores. Collecting competitor information. Purchasing samples and products for weekly/campaign or photography projects. Proof reading leaflet, Press Ads & Weekly Pack. Co-ordination between Purchasing & Design Team of leaflet. General weekly administration such as print briefs, rebates and Cost POs. Weekly advertising pack briefs, costs and distribution. Other ad-hoc tasks as required. Your Profile. Previous experience in an administration role essential. Ensure work is carried out and completed in a timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team. Exceptional organisational, analytical and data management skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in MS office (in particular Excel. Understanding of print and design industry a benefit. We Offer. Salary of €30,950 rising to €40,000 over 4 years. 20 days holidays per annum, rising to 25 days after 2 years.
