Performance & Insights Manager

We are seeking a detail orientated and analytical Performance and Insights manager to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and support in the delivery of all strategic & research projects for Lidl Ireland/Lidl Northern Ireland. The Performance and Insights Manager will report directly to the Marketing Activations Manager. Your Tasks. Conducting primary and secondary research to deliver actionable insights the enable the business to make consumer driven decisions. Creation and preparation of strategic briefs to support the annual campaign calendar. Staying up to date with consumer research and market trends and proactively bringing this insight to the business. Management and integration of internal measurements systems – e.g brand trackers category reports, segmentation tools Working with teams across the business to support research requests/needs and integrate insights into their plans Management and support of external market research agencies. Monitoring competitor performance and carrying out competitor reviews. Managing Adhoc Qualitative and Quantitative consumer research projects when required. Your Profile. 3rd level degree in Marketing or relevant discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail/FMCG insights role. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research is required Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience working with Nielsen and Kantar data beneficial but not a requirement Excellent attention to detail. The ability to multi task in a varied and demanding role. Excellent written and communication skills We Offer. Salary €42,400 rising to €54,075 after 4 years. 20 days annual leave raising to 25 after 2 years. Company pension.
