Culture & Engagment Specialist Sanderson is now taking suitable applicants for a newly created permanent role for Culture & Engagement Specialist. This role will work closely with the Culture and Engagement Manager to execute the culture and engagement plan to drive a values led and inclusive culture. Responsibilities. Supporting the Culture & Engagement Manager to define engagement strategy and identify key priorities. Leading the colleague engagement program that supports the positioning of the employer brand internally and externally. Leading the development and rollout of the wellness programme. Leading the rollout of regular voice of colleague surveys. Use the insights gained from engagement surveys to help drive culture and engagement outputs. Partner with People Partners and COEs to design and shape initiatives to ensure effective and consistent employee experience. Strong advocate of employee voice using various methods to listen to and engage with colleagues. Management of internal communications channels. Managing a network of communications champions in the business, providing content and support for initiatives. Shape and drive culture that attracts, engages and retains talent focused on performance aligned to values. Introduce and support culture programs; create a successful and fulfilling working environment. Preparing regular and ad hoc reports on culture and engagement initiatives as required. Project manage a number of different programmes of work to ensure a structured approach. Supporting the delivery of the D&I agenda and alignment. Skills Required. Project management experience, with experience of working on engagement or cultural initiatives. Relevant degree in either HR or a relevant business discipline. Proven experience of working with and engaging senior leadership. Superior relationship building skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels. Results driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Social media and communications platforms or interest in same. Strong alignment to company values.
