A leading global media company is looking for a proactive, innovative, and German-speaking individual to join their team as an Account Manager. This role is a great opportunity to become part of a high-achieving and energetic team and will allow you to establish an in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing world by getting to know both the customer and company side of the business. What you'll be doing: Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. Building robust client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business goals to engage in consultative selling of company products and features. Generating new sales by using existing and potential customer networks and by advocating for upselling and cross-selling where possible. Devising sales strategies/performance campaigns to bolster existing accounts and nurture retention of business, e.g. incentive deals and QBRs. Analysing campaign performance results and report data via email, voice, and video calls. Effectively communicating with/influencing the key internal and external partners. Growing an Irish/German customer base. Preparing quarterly growth plans for strategic accounts. Working closely with remote sales teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of accounts. What you'll have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships and grow new business accounts. Fluency in written and spoken English and German. Ability to meet and exceed targets and to thrive in a busy environment. Analytical, organised, and solution-focused approach to work. Capacity to drive revenue growth/identify opportunities to develop incremental business. Previous experience of campaign optimization is a plus.
