Vendor Relationship Manager - Print/Doc Mgt. A great new role ifor an experienced Vendor Relationship Manager with a good knowledge of external Print & Document Mgt. market, strong relationship mgt. & negotiation skills. You will be responsible for managing. Contracts through effective supplier & internal relationship mgt. & to support future strategic growth in various areas of spend. Managing a Print & Document Mgt. contract through its initial implementation & transition to BAU activities. Delivery of contracts against commitments & ensuring that contract risk is appropriately managed. Delivering operational activities by supplier s/ vendor s on a daily, weekly & monthly basis. An in depth awareness & of operational processes, risks & dependencies for both supplier s & ability to manage & escalate issues & incidents as they arise. of the working relationship across internal stakeholders & supplier s, increasing value to services provided. Governance review meetings with supplier s & key internal stakeholders to measure supplier performance against SLA s, contract ual commitments etc. Ensure contracts delivered via vendor & stakeholder engagement. All regulatory & compliance requirements ensuring processes & controls in place & documented to ensure adherence. Escalations for the vendor ; preparation & delivery of operational reporting including governance, activity, budget & status reports. Qualifications & Experience. Min 5 years Supply Chain Mgt. with exp of managing outsourced or strategic supplier relationships Inc. ability to identify & appropriately manage risks. Degree &/or equivalent work experience in supply chain mgt., & understand external Print & Document Mgt. market. Strong relationship mgt. skills, with exp. in managing outsourced relationships. Exp in oversight & control of critical processes. Effective communicator & stakeholder mgt.; excellent negotiation & analytical skills. Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment & compliance. Competent literary skills in completing supplier audits or Central Bank of Ireland inspections. Excellent salary & benefits are on offer.
