Description

Hospitality Sales Manager. A leading Food Services Industry are looking for a Key Account Manager to work across a geographical territory and manage a portfolio of customers to maximise sales, debt, margin and profit. Competitive salary DOE and benefits are included. Work collaboratively with each store and optimise all opportunities and execute customer plans for all divisions. Duties include. • Achieve territory revenue and margin targets. Deliver the required KPI’s and service levels. • Create and Deliver Journey & Territory Management Plans to hit budget. • Plan diary to beat visit target and achieve all priorities and objectives. • Share leads and customer contacts with the store – increase customer footfall in to store. • Work with insights to develop prospect lists and win new to company business. • Ownership of the delivery of project orders, openings and new accounts. • Maintain and provide accurate reporting of weekly and monthly activity. • Use Sales to log activity and customer detail after every meeting. • Plan prior to each meeting using company reports/Sales I and prepare presentations, agenda etc. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ food service sales experience. • Proven background of winning new business. • Excellent Planning, organisational and communication skills. • Sales skills – demonstration of sales process. • Strong commercial acumen.
