Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology) Sanderson is working in partnership with its Technology Client to recruit a permanent end to end Talent Acquisition Specialist who will provide strategic and operation support to all recruitment related activity. You will be expected to efficiently manage the resource plan ensuring that delivery on requirements and expectations. You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help the business find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. Core Responsibilities. Developing talent acquisition strategy and plan. Designing and agreeing and implementing procedures and processes. Developing the candidate value proposition. Effectively managing the candidate experience. Clearly understanding requirements and documenting with job descriptions. Managing agency relationships. Looking at tools and various ways in which the business can make the candidate experience better - all the way through to effective on-boarding and full productivity. Involved in screening and interviewing candidates. To be fully involved in every operational and tactical aspect of the talent management agenda including arranging interviews, conducting reference checks. Skills and Experience. Demonstrable experience in developing & delivering talent acquisition strategies. Commercially astute with a proven track record in adding value and continuous improvements. Must be able to multi-task and effectively juggle conflicting priorities and demanding deadline. Experience in sourcing, managing and hiring into highly technical roles such as Software Engineering/Development, Product Management, Project Management and Creative disciplines. A high degree of ambition for yourself and the business, which you channel into fast-paced and dynamic partnering, being able to positively challenge the team and wider business relationships. The ability to handle multiple live roles at one time and provide the best candidate and hiring-management experience.
