Prominent 4* Hotel in Dublin are currently recruiting experienced Restaurant / Food service Manager. Applicants need 3-4 years experience in a similar role in leading 4* Hotel with busy all day dining Restaurant. This is a large busy Hotel and is a major Conference and Event property. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager, ideal candidate will have Irish and International experience and will speak Fluent English. You will be responsible for daily Operations of the Restaurant, In/Room and Private Dining, and implementing Food, Beverage and Wine programmes, managing staff and service and implementing desired standards and training programmes for your team.
