Description

HR Business Partner. Sanderson is partnering with its leading global property services client to recruit an HR Business Partner on permanent basis to deliver the HR strategic plan and to support the HR needs across all teams within the Irish business. As a member of the Leadership Team you will provide counsel and direction on organisational issues, structure and strategy and people policies and processes. You will be relationship focused across stakeholder groups with excellent influencing skills. Core Responsibilities. Projects/Strategy - Contribute to the ongoing development of the Ireland People Agenda ensuring it is aligned with the Corporate Support business plans and identifies activities that support the business strategy. Employee Related Transactions - Keeps close contact with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services on firm wide initiatives and systems. Resourcing and Planning - Works closely with the Service Line Heads and the Leadership teams to identify key resourcing needs and liaises with the Resourcing team to ensure delivery. Performance Management and Reward - Responsible for the successful running of the Performance Management Process for their areas. Talent Management and Training - Provides development and coaching support (or facilitates coaching) in key areas of business need. Change Management - Acts as a Change Agent specifically to design and implement change programmes to ensure initiatives are fully implemented within the Corporate Support area. Employee Relations and Engagement - Ensures the communication and implementation of Employee Relations policies e.g. absence management, disciplinary and dispute resolution. HR Operations and Leadership - Provides leadership on issues that could improve the operation and performance of the HR Team. Skills & Experience. Managing in and driving a high-performance culture. Change and transition experience. Effective working across multiple cultures and countries. Strong working knowledge of the Ireland employment law and working knowledge of TUPE (Transfer in and Transfer out) an advantage and resolving complex employee relations issues. Excellent financial, analytical and numeracy skills - able to analyse financial information to make business and/or people focused recommendations.
