Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Specialist Sanderson is recruiting for a newly created Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Specialist who will report into the Chief People Officer. The role is perfect for someone looking to build their career and take a lead role on Compensation and Benefits and Payroll. We are looking for the successful person to possess Compensation and Benefits expertise as well as pensions and payroll experience. You will have demonstrable experience of simplifying and improving the benefits offering, and have an innovative mind-set to provide ideas that help the business stand out from the crowd. Core Responsibilities. Manage HRIS (Bamboo) as a single source of truth. Take full responsibility for liaising with third party vendors to effectively and accurately complete all global payrolls - (6 countries currently. Review and Manage provision of all benefits and harmonising across the wider business. Act as the can do solutions oriented point of contact in the People Team for all payroll and benefit and HRIS matters. Assist in the creation and management of short and long term incentive plans. Manage commission program. Manage the annual review process. Oversee Visa queries and automated tax queries. Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs. Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data. Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan. Skills and Experience. Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels. Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills. Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. The ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be quick of foot in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Minimum of 4 years' experience in compensation, benefits & payroll, or human resources with an in-depth knowledge of core best practices.
