Strategy & Operations Manager The Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) is the national body with responsibility for accreditation in Ireland. INAB was established in 1985 and accredits laboratories, biobanks, reference material producers and certification, verification and inspection bodies. The Strategy and Operations Manager, alongside the Programme Manager, will drive the national accreditation strategy as well as support the overall operation and direction of INAB. The role will involve managing and developing a team of specialist and generalist accreditation officers and administration staff to ensure the effective distribution of INAB’s workload while contributing effectively and efficiently to the Programme of Work and delivery of strategic priorities. Successful candidates must have suitable qualifications, with a minimum of five years relevant work experience in developing strategies, goals and objectives and delivering same.
