Pensions Administrator - 6 Month Contract Sanderson is recruiting for a Pensions Administrator to support and ensure accurate and timely administration of DC & DB pension schemes. Provision of support on administration of other employee benefits such as PIB, health cover etc Work within the HR team to provide an efficient and timely service on HR administration systems. Core Responsibilities. Assume responsibility for administration support of pension administration for DB and DC schemes. Provide administration support and analysis. Adhere to company policies, procedures and controls to ensure deliverance of excellent service. Support in the delivery of key projects. Interact with employees and external providers/clients both internally and externally in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Support and provide assistance to pensions specialist including providing cover and deputising when required. Skills & Experience Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, ideally experience of pension master. High level attention to detail and proven analytical. Proven technical knowledge of DC & DB pension scheme administration. Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues; strong customer service orientation. Proven track record in delivering a positive administration experience. High level of accuracy and numerical skills.
