Director of Financial Services Operations                Up to €150,000 + Benefits + Bonus. As a key member of the senior leadership team and Executive Board, the Director of Financial Services Operations will be responsible for ensuring that the FS/credit business is in line with group strategy (generated in the UK) but will adapt this strategic framework for the Irish consumer to ensure it is compliant with CBI regulations and is fit for purpose for the Irish market. Responsibilities: Support the CEO to conduct a strategic review of the FS business, which will include people, processes, systems, and FS product then assume accountability for setting and delivering the strategic plan and regulatory compliant, operational delivery model to support profitable growth. Implement Group FS strategy, adopting this to meet local market and regulatory requirements, with Executive Board approval. Make recommendations to the Board on FS requirements for Executive approval. Lead the strategy to identify customer contact behaviour and the designing of routes to improvement. Lead Irish credit risk and lending strategies. Drive quality targets and first contact resolution, leading initiatives specifically to ensure the operational teams operate in line with the Treating Customers Fairly principles and all relevant CBI Regulation, guidance and industry best practice. Requirements: Experience at senior level within Consumer Credit or relevant Financial Services organisation. A background in retail is desirable. Experience managing contact centre departments including fraud, collections, complaints and extensive knowledge of CBI regulated operational functions. Lending knowledge linked to new customer application process, customer credit limit and credit offers/ marketing processes. Demonstrable experience of driving innovation that has delivered; exceptional customer services, high levels of quality assurance and profitability. Experience of working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer service, at a mid to senior level.
