Busy 4* Corporate style Hotel in Dublin are currently recruiting experienced Bar Manager  * Applicants need 2/3 years experience in a similar role in leading 4* Hotel.  * Working closely with the Head Chef and Deputy Manager, ideal candidate will have Irish 4* Hotel experience and will write and speak Fluent English.  * Experience working Duty Manager shifts   * You will be responsible for daily Operations of the Bar and implementing Food, Beverage and Wine programmes, managing staff and service and implementing desired standards.  * Thorough understanding and knowledge of Food and Beverage operations. * Managing Opening / Closing procedures, cleaning rota, ordering, staff scheduling  * Experience supervising the team serving all day food Menus,  * Training, Mentoring, Coaching team members with various levels of experience. * Some experience in Restaurant, Large Banqueting, Conferencing and Private Dining is beneficial.
