Are you looking for a new role supporting  Students, Lecturers and Industry Professionals within a membership and education body? Are you looking for a new role that holds a focus on Further Education and Training ? Our client is looking to find a passionate and engaging  Student Support Executive to join their busyteam on a 12 month contract , with strong potential for extension. This person will be working closely with students and lecturers on a daily basis to assist with a wide range of queries, applications and processes so a flair for customer service is essential.  You will be managing the central learning hub as well as advising students, firms and institutions on courses and offerings so strong product learning, information management, communication and presenting skills will be key.  Some core duties will include: Acting as a key point of contact for all student enquiries, providing an enhanced customer experience  Liaising with lecturers to help coordinate course timetables for each academic year. Providing administrative and training support to both course staff (mentors, lecturers, etc.) and students. Assisting with the organisation of venues and online events for specific courses / assessments. Managing and updating course content and information on both the student website and the Learning Hub. Regularly attending class groups to ensure issues are being discovered and can be managed. Liaising with colleagues across the organisation and wider industry  Working with course leaders to develop appropriate student supports and initiatives. QA of content to ensure materials can be standardized across all courses. Data management – filing and archiving of course and programme documentation. Requirements: 2+ years' student support or related, relevant experience  A background in an education / training / membership body is preferred. A passion for problem-solving and people  Strong information presentation skills - the ability to confidently communicate with groups. A desire to work with students in a professional education setting. This role is being offered on an initial 6 month contract with potential for extension. The role would be remote until Government Guidelines advise otherwise. The role would ordinarily be based in Dublin 2. Salary:  €35,000 +   Benefits.
