Description

Our client is a leading membership organisation. We are now recruiting an Events Project Manager to lead up to 100 events per annum. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of in-person events, digital and online events. Key to success in this role is the ability to originate and then implement effective events that link propositions across the market. Key Responsibilities: Develop portfolio of events designed to increase engagement, skills and careers support for members, future members and other key stakeholders. Focus on delivering a programme of key digital ready skills, marketing these to stakeholders. Execute event and marketing plans that deliver the objectives set for the key stakeholder groups (students, members, learning providers, employers and regulators) with close cooperation with the Senior Marketing Manager, Head Business Development and Member Engagement teams. Coordinate and support localisation of global marketing campaigns to ensure a regional approach is taken and all campaigns are delivered to time and on budget. Monitor and report on campaign performance and share best practice with the wider team. Working with the Business Development team, execute digital events activities targeting prospective students, to achieve intake and retention targets. Support the digital engagement with ACCA stakeholders in Ireland. Increase the NPS and BIAH scores for Ireland. Work closely with Market Head, BDMs and Engagement Manager to deliver national marketing plans and support the objective setting for the key stakeholder groups. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in events development and management. Experience of events role in professional services, education, or the professional membership body sector; Experience of management of senior stakeholder, working with them to understand the needs. Experience developing and delivering marketing plans; Education and qualifications: Educated to degree level, with Project Management qualification preferred (PMP, PRINCE etc.) Possesses a professional approach with the gravitas and ability to establish credibility quickly working with local team and wider business. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Outstanding communicator with excellent written and oral skills in English. Plans, organises and prioritises work to be able to manage several tasks at once, set and meet stretching targets and strict deadlines and within agreed budgets; Highly-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with a focus on achieving results and an attention to detail. Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in line with company values and mission. Self-starter who is happy to work away from a team and manage high levels of work.
