We are looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager for Ireland to join our Client. This role is responsible for providing proactive HR support to the hotels in Ireland and their teams on all HR related matters including in the areas of employee benefits, staffing, payroll, data management, human resources, and general administrative support.  We are looking for someone who has extensive Hotel based HR experience and comes from a strong HR background - preferably in the 4* Hotel sector. You will need to be process driven, confident communicator and experienced at working to tight deadlines. You will report into the Group Operations Manager. Job Requirements   • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and use sound judgment in day-to-day decision making  • Professional, courteous, reliable, and mature, with outstanding organizational and communication skills  • Experience to coordinate and manage recruitment of Hotel Opening team - Management and Employees. • Flexible and able to work with others as a senior leadership team. Flexibility to travel and overnight. • Punctual and reliable in work attendance, proven attention to detail and improving standards. • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects and management multiple properties. • Ability to keep complete confidentiality within the HR Department  Professional Requirements. • In depth knowledge of HR policies/procedures and best practices. • At least 4+ years’ experience working in hospitality desired  • Detailed knowledge of employment law and local legislation. • Payroll practices would be advantageous. • CIPD qualification is desired.
