Description

Customer Service Administrator. Main duties: The job will involve contacting existing customer base to update internal database. You will be responsible for documenting and recording all information through CRM system and MS excel. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. You will complete daily / weekly reports on all activity. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 12 months customer service experience ideally in a call centre environment with a good knowledge of MS Office.
