Senior Compliance Manager             I have a number of roles on my books at the moment for Senior Risk and Compliance people ranging from €75k to €150k. Advising the Board on current and horizon regulatory change and impact, providing clear, and commercially minded, recommendations. Managing operational risk and resilience and ensuring contingency plans are in place. Managing information security and data governance processes, aligning to Group policy and process wherever possible and ensuring the entitires voice is heard in all relevant group forums. Ensuring compliance with all AML and financial crime regulatory activity. Writing policies and regulatory responses if required, in conjunction with stakeholders within the Company and in the wider Group. Requirements: Experience at mid-senior level within Risk and Compliance in Consumer Credit or a relevant Financial Services organisation. Experience of CBI relationship management, assurance, writing of policies and regulatory responses, complaint handling, digital conduct,  conduct risk, operational risk, and remediation programmes. Excellent working knowledge of existing and horizon regulatory developments and able to translate this into commercially meaningful recommended actions. Able to build a trusted advisor relationship with Executive and Board level stakeholders. Strong knowledge of External Financial Services marketplace and regulatory environment.
