 mortgage quality assessor                 permanent            dublin.  €35k to €45k + 10% bonus. hybrid working arrangements available. the mortgage executive is responsible for working closely with mortgage arrears customers in identifying and implementing appropriate solutions on arrears cases. key responsibilities. monitor and assess the effectiveness of telephone calls and ensure that they comply with regulations and policies and procedures. monitor and assess case management, ensuring effective case progression and compliance with regulations. undertake internal audits to assess compliance with regulations and internal procedures. coach and develop team members in the area of compliance and regulation. work with each team member to assist them to improve and change their compliance performance. requirements: minimum two years in a quality/compliance role in a mortgage environment is essential. experience of coaching/delivering feedback or managing performance is an advantage. excellent, in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the ccma, cpc, aml, gdpr and how to apply these through interaction with our customers. experience of working in an arrears support unit or retail banking/mortgage customer services unit, is an advantage. please contact paul o'riordan about this and other many financial sevices opportunities that i have on at the moment on 4744663 or e-mail me on poriordan@sigmar.ie we are professional & ethical recruitment consultants; your cv will travel no further than our email in-box until we have discussed your application in full in regards to this role. for all our live roles in fs, check out  http://www.sigmarrecruitment.com/jobs/banking-financial-jobs/  .
