Mount Anville Sacred Heart Education Trust – Faith Leadership & Formation Officer  SALARY: €60,000 - €65,000 depending on experience. LOCATION: Dublin 14  BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  Mount Anville Sacred Heart Education Trust is the trustee and patron of the two Schools on the Mount Anville campus, Mount Anville Secondary School and Mount Anville Montessori Junior School. (c.1150 pupils and 110/20 members of staff). The Boards of Management are appointed by the trustees and are responsible for the day-to-day management of the schools. The Society of the Sacred Heart passed the trusteeship of the schools on Mount Anville campus to the Trust in 2007. For more than 150 years, the Society of the Sacred Heart faithfully held the trusteeship of the Mount Anville schools. The Trust is responsible for ensuring the continuity of the schools as Catholic Schools in the living ethos and values of the founders, The Society of the Sacred Heart. THE ROLE:  The person appointed to this position will report to the CEO of the Trust and will be responsible for the development of a faith formation programme with our schools’ adult community that is consistent with the mission and values of Sacred Heart Education in the Catholic tradition. The successful candidate will ideally:  Have experience in a leadership position in the field of education or in adult faith formation with a degree or postgraduate qualification in theology or its equivalent.  Have an appreciation of the mission and vision of Sacred Heart education and be capable of developing and communicating a shared vision with enthusiasm and inspiration in a school environment.  Be a person of faith and conviction, fully committed to the mission and values of Catholic education and be open to bringing new thinking to its expression in an education or ethos led environment.  Have strong leadership and communication skills with demonstrated competencies in teaching and provision of training.  If you’re an enthusiastic professional with strong networking and presentation skills who understands education and is comfortable and knowledgeable with the Catholic tradition in the education environment, we’d love to hear from you.  APPLICATIONS DETAILS: Please email recruitment@cciexecutivesearch.ie for the full job description, ca ndidate information pack, and application details for this role.
