Sales Order Management Analyst – Nordic – North Dublin - Permanent. A successful Irish owned business based in North Dublin are looking to hire a Sales Order Management Analyst to their growing team. This person must have Swedish, Danish or Finnish speaking skills as they will be looking after the Nordic market.   Responsibilities for this job: Processing of sales orders into SAP. Dealing with customers over phone and email. Liaising with internal teams on credit/debit query resolution. Continuous improvement projects related to SOM. Managing a queue of tickets for Sales Orders and Customer queries. Support both the Solutions & AR teams with resolving any SOM related queries.   Requirements: Ability to speak a Nordic language. Experience in finance, sales or customer service role. Strong Excel – v-lookups, pivot tables etc. Experience with SAP desirable.
