Start up Investment Company, focused on Green Energy and Carbon Reduction have a newly created permanent opportunity available for a Private Equity Investment Analyst. The role will be hands on and will require the person to be highly motivated. The candidate is expected to have strong awareness of investment trends and an appreciation of growth stage businesses. Key Responsibilities. Research and maintain understanding of industry sectors identified by the investment strategy. Evaluate direct investment and co-investment private equity opportunities against the investment policy. Support the due diligence of opportunities by interviewing management teams and working with advisors such as legal and tax. Support the valuation process. Create and present investment recommendations to senior management. Input to continuous improvement processes and support the implementation of agreed changes. Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders. Meet with stakeholders securing updates and providing feedback and recommendations to senior management. Support in the financial reporting and governance of the company. Qualification and Experience. Degree Qualified. 2 - 3 years' experience with prior experience in private equity investing. Be a team player with the ability to work with people from different parties and at different career levels. Excellent analytical, quantitative, organisational & communication skills.
