Providing collateral, liquidity, and funding for the world’s largest banks through their markets franchise. About Your New Job. As the Senior Manager within Fund Accounting, you will be responsible for: Directing a number of Fund Accounting teams that are responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned private equity and credit clients.  This would include determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports. Develop the strategy for new policies to follow regulations whilst guiding your teams on any new policies. Implement and assist in setting guidelines, policies, and priorities for the drafting of NAV reports for a broad set of clients to review fund performance. Manage relationships with Private Equity and credit  fund clients. Provide guidance to teams managed, to ensure that accounting records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Resolves complex escalated issues from team members in an efficient and timely manner. What Skills You Need. Five plus years experience managing Private Equity/Credit fund administration teams. Proven management ability in a global organisation, managing multiple teams across multiple clients. Experience with Investran and Geneva accounting platforms is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to communicate effectively with differing levels of stakeholders. Ability to lead change and manage complex operational process enhancements.
