About your new Job. As an associate you will be required to take calls from clients, advisors and investors on a daily basis. The calls will be consultative and it would not be unusual for a call to last 30 mins+ Teamwork is very important in this role and you will have colleagues who will assist you wherever needed and the same will be expected in return. There will be some administration tasks involved after your calls so ideally you will be comfortable with systems and tech in general. What skills will you need? This role will be dealing exclusively with the UK market so verbal and written fluency in English is an absolute must have. Because this is a global financial Services firm, you will need to at least have an interest in working in this sector. There are quite a few systems that you will need to learn and be proficient with shortly after you start with us so you need to have a good aptitude for technical learning and IT. Probably the most important experience we require is that of Customer or Client Services. The company sees this role as one of the most integral in the business as we are the first point of contact for our investors, advisors and clients. For this reason, you will need to either have experience in a customer services environment or really enjoy building relationships and communicating with people! What’s on Offer.
