You will: - Lead a sourcing process for remote construction activity plus equipment maintenance across a telcos network. Guide internal clients through the sourcing process, identify suppliers, drafting requirements, negotiate deals, & monitoring supplier performance. Driving continuous cost savings & revenue generation. Performing market analysis & managing potential suppliers & selection process. Working cross-functionally to document requirements, build RFPs, & conduct negotiations. Ensure suppliers uphold contract terms & conditions. Lead cost savings & revenue generation via sourcing process for large spend category areas. Drive strategic sourcing process, lead on contract negotiations of business & pricing T&Cs, research & benchmark data on pricing etc. Process large amounts of data to reach conclusions. Work with stakeholders to resolve supplier issues on contract interpretation & clarification. Maximise a lower cost whilst mitigating risk. Lead multiple X-functional teams to guide selections of low-cost & technically qualified Suppliers. Present new products, technologies & services from existing or new suppliers to clients. Skills & Experience. Supply chain sourcing experience with strong attention to detail. Degree/similar in Supply chain, Eng., construction or good work experience. Lean Six Sigma; Project mgt. & Supply chain certificate ideally. Program mgt., budget mgt., request-for-proposal, & supplier selection exp. Exp. with site walk-throughs, construction insurance requirements & construction bidding processes. Exp. in Telco's, technology &/or labour based sourcing ideally. Rewards: There is a good work life balance with you working from home mainly for now and a few days a week as needed in 2022 but good flexibility offered.
