We are seeking a high calibre Project Communications Manager to work with our multi-disciplinary teams to devise and implement communications strategies and programmes for policy and infrastructure projects including renewable energy, water, wastewater, flooding, and transportation. Central to this role will be effective public consultation and stakeholder engagement that builds trust and social acceptance to support project delivery. About the Role: Developing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies to inform project development. Liaison with elected public representatives, communities, representative groups and individuals - in person, virtually, via email and on project phonelines. Client relationship management  Project management including liaison with third party suppliers, managing project budgets and project financial and activity reporting. About you: 5-7 years’ professional experience gained in communicating complex projects to stakeholders  Experience in delivering and managing public consultations. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills to engage in multi-stakeholder environments. Experience working in consulting and / or with public / semi-state sector. Key Skills/Attributes: Excellent analytical and report writing skills. Commercially focused with experience of managing budgets. Fluency in written and spoken English essential; experience of stakeholder engagement with Gaeltacht communities beneficial  A flexible and willing approach to travel for work at project locations around Ireland. Strong interest in current affairs, understanding of the planning process and enthusiasm for infrastructure delivery. Relevant academic background includes Geography / Agri-Science / Engineering / Environmental Science / Planning / Behavioural Economics / Law / Business.
