Recruitment Specialist. Sanderson is partnering with its FMCG client to recruit a permanent inhouse Recruitment Specialist to drive a quality recruitment service and candidate experience. Working as part of a team this is an end to end delivery recruitment role that manages mid to senior level hires across head office and operational functions. Having experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Logistics, FMCG, Warehousing is a distinct advantage though not essential. Core Responsibilities. Sourcing quality candidates using various methods and platforms including LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean, social media, job boards and networking. Assisting with the job offer and acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience to ensure a successful outcome. Support the on-boarding of new hires in conjunction with Hiring Manager and HR Team. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide support/progress reports on live vacancies. Support and guide junior members of the recruitment team. Oversee and ensure continuity for full cycle recruitment processes. Hold assessment days for volume recruitment and promotions. Act as a Super User of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS. Ensure all required information is updated regularly on ATS and system functionality is fully utilised. Generate Recruitment Metrics/Analytics Reports on a monthly basis and ad hoc as needed. Liaise with hiring managers and the HR team in relation to new starter procedures (i.e. contracts of employment, start dates etc.) Support the on-boarding of new hires in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and HR Team. Collaborate with the Communications/Marketing Team with Employer Branding initiatives. Maintain a strong social media presence for the business. Provide feedback and insights on employer branding social media trends observed. Skills and Experience. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy recruitment role with some in house experience. Proactive self-starter. Experience of recruiting for high volumes in a busy environment. Excellent candidate sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and social media. Previous experience of maintaining a social media Employer Brand would be an advantage.
