Pipelining, Sourcing of candidates and addressing talent gaps. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the business. Identifying and recognising recruitment problems and recommending solutions.   What Skills You Need. 2-5+ years’ experience in a recruitment role (in-house or agency. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Third level qualification. Creative and Solution Driven.   What’s on Offer.
