HR Business Partner. Our client is a logistics company based in North Dublin, seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This person will head up the HR Team in Ireland supporting 3 Depots. Great opportunity to join a great management team and outstanding company culture. About Your New Job. • Leading HR Team – managing and coordinating end to end HR Function across 3 Depots. • Developing and delivery of HR strategies across business. • Management of recruitment processes. • Talent Management and Planning. • Driving of organisational culture. • Management of employee relations issues. • Development of HR policies and procedures. What Skills You Need. • HR Qualification. • 10+ years in a senior HR role. • Full Driving licence. • Previous management experience. • Resilient, Strong attention to detail and decision making skills.
