Sanderson are working alongside leading Insurance provider for an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Business Support Analyst to join their Retail Partner team for all of Ireland. Reporting into the Performance & Control Manager, your role will be to deliver value added and timely management information for agreed Key Performance Indicators to support the Retail Partner All Ireland business. In addition, report on the new quality control environment for ROI and NI through proactive reporting and escalation to include Risk, Compliance, Underwriting QA, Internal Audit and Expenses activities. The role is being offered on a permanent contract and on a flexible hybrid approach with locations across Ireland. The main responsibilities. Develop, analyse and deliver regular reporting and other requested MI against key business metrics. On completion of analysis propose solutions and areas for further analysis. Implement business analysis best practice to ensure Broker function maintain a best practice approach. Work closely with Pricing and Actuarial Support, MI and Underwriting Account Managers to contribute to the performance of our business. Deliver the successful completion, tracking and reporting of all Risk, Compliance Internal Audit and UWR QA recommendations and requirements to support your manager in the Broker Control environment. Participate & Manage (As appropriate) projects (IT and non-IT) on behalf of the Broker SBU as required. Develop business cases on proposed projects or initiatives under consideration. Include clear recommendations on the best way to proceed based on all relevant information and deliver output once agreed. Manage the successful performance of Key business relationships in the ROI & NI market to achieve agreed key performance indicators. Assist Performance & Control Manager with management of Direct expenses to ensure spend remains within plan including monthly expense commentary. Assist Performance & Control Manager with management of commission accruals process. About the person. 2 years' experience in an analytical role, ideally in the General Insurance sector. Experience within the financial services sector/similar industry is desirable. Essential - advanced proficiency in MS Excel and excellent PC skills. Previous experience of delivering in a target driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload and deliver on objectives.
