A leader in the insurance industry is seeking a Change/Transformation Manager to join their team on a 6 month contract. The primary responsibility will be devising and executing change strategies and plans that will increase benefit realisation and the achievement of business outcomes in line with overall Indy programme objectives. This role requires a senior change management practitioner with deep expertise and hands on experience including planning, developing, delivering and tracking change management deliverables; change impact assessments; stakeholder and communications management; organisational readiness; change reinforcement; risks and issue management. Responsibilities: Drive out execution of Document Management Project. Management of project scope, delivery timeline and detail plans, risks & issues, internal and external dependencies in line with the Change Framework. Business stakeholder engagement and management including management of internal SME and project resources to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Weekly project monitoring, tracking & progress reporting and monthly Steering Committee reporting. Providing direction and support to other project team members as required. Successfull delivery of project on time and on budget. Identify and commence refinement of efficiency opportunities. Workstream monitoring, tracking & reporting. Requirements: 8-10+ years' experience of change/project management in financial services essential. Technology savvy - knowledge of systems related projects and systems change essential. Proven experience of leading, planning and managing change projects to successful outcomes. Knowledge of principles and methodologies of change management. Ability to work well at all levels of professionals the organisation. Excellent active listening, root cause identification and interpersonal skills. Good communicator and able to influence people. Good team player and able to operate independently. Develop the team, provide guidance and mentoring where required. Confident and comfortable with strangers, ability to put others at ease. Clear and concise. Collaborative, persuasive, convincing with arguments and negotiates.
