About Your New Employer    A well-established provider of fuel solutions throughout Ireland. An Irish-owned company that has continued to expand since its founding.   About Your New Job    As Logistics Manager, you will be managing all logistics activities/processes both upstream and downstream. Planning and establishing delivery schedules and staffing based on operational and commercial needs. Implementing performance management and improvement processes that have positive impacts internally and with customers. The Logistics Manager will also coordinate with multiple departments to obtain high performance and quality initiatives. Making recommendations for improvements in logistics processes and procedures, including reviews of in-house distribution model versus outsourcing. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including health & safety, environmental, quality and employment law.   What Skills You Need    At least 3 years’ management experience in a similar logistics and planning environment. Ability to be self-driven and result-oriented, with good problem-solving skills and a strong geographical knowledge of the island of Ireland. A third level qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.   What’s on Offer    Strong remuneration package.
