About Your New Job   The CI Executive will implement CI systems and process to embed CI way of working – Visual management, 5S, Standard problem solving. They are responsible for driving technical CI projects – OEE improvement, yield improvement, Waste elimination, deviation reduction, Cost optimisation. Supporting the CI Centre of excellence through standard processes including CI of the month, best practice sharing etc. Value stream analysis. Executing projects to improve OEE. What Skills You Need. To Apply for this position you need more than 4 years experience with continous improvement or operational excellence in a relevant manufacturing environment. You will also have a relevant degree and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.   What’s on Offer   50-70k base salary DOE with an attractive remuneration package.
