Sigmar Recruitment is expanding the Sales Division in the Dublin office and is looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team and you will have the opportunity work with top tier clients. The successful candidate will be ambitious, confident, and not afraid to take a risk. We want someone who will challenge the norm and have an innovative approach to the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities. Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as – LinkedIn, Monster, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience. Proactively speak with potential candidates about roles that may be of interest and suited. Acting as the first point of contact for the business, you will conduct interviews face to face, via Skype and telephone. Work closely with department Manager to grow and nurture the Sales & Marketing department. Expanding your industry knowledge and network of Sales & Marketing professionals. Be creative, responsible for writing industry content for company blog and websites and social media channels. You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the Sales and Marketing industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects. Hold interviews and build relationships with credible professionals helping them with their next career move. You will attend events and meetings with clients across growing sectors. Key Requirements. Minimum 1 years’ experience in recruitment (more is always welcome!) Strong sales, business development or commercial background – B2B Sales experience will be considered. Naturally inquisitive and a nose for investigating; you will be screening candidates who know how to sell themselves! Confident communicator. Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work. Results driven with ambition and drive. Performs best under pressure. What's on Offer?
