The Job: The Retail Partner Team are looking for a Business Performance and Support Analyst to produce management information for agreed Key Performance Indicators to support the business. You will also provide proactive reporting and escalation under the areas of Risk, Compliance, Underwriting QA, Internal Audit and Expenses activities. You will develop, analyse and deliver regular reporting and other requested MI against key business metrics to support the Retail Partner Director, Manager and Business Development Managers in maintaining successful relationships. On completion of the analysis you will propose solutions and areas for further analysis. You will use your experience and knowledge of business analysis best practice to ensure Broker function maintain a best practice approach. What You’ll Bring: You have 2 years’ experience in an analytical role, ideally in the General Insurance sector. You have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and excellent PC skills.
