A leading global FinTech company are seeking a Pre and Post Technical Sales Specialist to join their Dublin-based team on a permanent basis. The Pre and Post Sales Technical Sales Specialist plays a crucial role throughout the entire sales process, from lead generation through post-sales support. Responsibilities and Expectations: Provide technical expertise through sales presentations that provide detailed technical information about solution capabilities, competitive differentiation, and industry knowledge. Work with account managers or business development to coordinate efforts between partners, customers, and technical products. Understanding customer, their projects and pain points, and effectively positioning technical product solutions to solve those problems. Support technical evaluations of recommended solutions onsite with the customers. Author and execute test or trial plans for use by customers during product evaluation. Conduct onsite or remote web presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Respond in timely manner to technical pre- and post-sales enquiries. Deliver brief training for channel partners and customers. Provide feedback to management and marketing organizations on customer needs and issues. Create write-ups for technical notes, application notes, success stories or other technical documentation. Candidate Requirements should be: Extensive experience working directly with customers in financial services or related industry. BS or MS in Technology-related degree is a must. previous technical support background with some technical skills looking to move into that product specialist type role. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal. Experience in delivering product demonstrations and dynamically tailoring these to customer information. Comfortable presenting in front of C-level executives as well as technical audiences including developers, or security engineers. Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with SQL Server or other modern relational databases. Solid problem solving skills and decision making. Able to identify gaps and create and drive initiatives towards meeting goals. Assist channel partners to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
