Quantity Surveyor (PQS. North Dublin/ Remote working options. c.€85K + Attractive Package. Required for large developer with several residential projects across Dublin. Role Reporting to the Head of Commercial. Preparing Cost Plans and BOQ’s which will be used as pricing documents to be issued for tender. Editing cost plans to meet revised design changes. Liaising with product suppliers and subcontractor to get information on market costs for certain products and building a price book for same. Liaising with design teams and cost consultants during pre-planning design stage. Liaising with finance team and providing costing inputs for cost modelling on projects. Recording of consultants payments and sign off of same with Project Directors. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience working on residential cost plans and preparing BOQ’s. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. IT Skills including Microsoft Office and Cubit estimating or similar. Ability to work on own initiative and with the minimum of supervision.
