Description

My client is looking for a Digital Data and Performance Lead. Your role will be to provide data-led insights that that help drive development prioritisation and assess the impact of development releases. You will be required to work from a central 'Digital Data' location, share knowledge and workings, attend regular catch ups and provide peer review to enable all members of the Digital Data and Performance Team to cover and support each other's work. Responsibilities: Gain a complete understanding of all forms of 'Digital Data' and how each data source is transferred. Maintain SQL scripts to cleanse, prepare, and make "business-sense" of data. Manage and maintain a set of dashboard reports in Microsoft Power BI and refine ongoing in conjunction with key stakeholders. Manage, and maintain performance and conversion reports. Provide analysis that responds to the day-to-day needs of the Digital business and make recommendations based on this analysis. Take responsibility for assigned tasks, and ability to drive-through to completion. Assist Digital Data and Performance Manager with the introduction of Measurement Planning (to ensure all new/amended functionality implemented is ready to be reported on from deployment. Develop a strong working relationship with IT and MIS and understand their role in providing access to 'Digital Data' Working closely with other departments, including IT, Business Ops, Underwriting and Compliance, ensuring they are kept up to date with the data and findings. About you: Ideally 2-4 years' experience in a similar role and dealing with large volumes of complex data from different sources. Experience with front end reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Third level qualification in data related discipline. An Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology would be desirable. Strong Analytical and Reporting skills, with solid verbal & written communication skills as well as being able to comfortably engage with colleagues at all levels. Advanced user of MS Suite; Excel, Power Point and Word. Working with online data. Data Analysis Expressions (DAX. SQL Server Management Studio / Oracle SQL Developer. Google Analytics.
