Head of HR Business Partners Sanderson is working with its leading Global client to recruit an Interim Head of HR Business Partners for an initial period of 6 Months. It is likely that for the right individual this position could become permanent. This is a Dublin city centre based role, smart / hybrid working in supported. Core Duties. Manage and Develop a team of experienced HR Business Partners. Deliver the full generalist remit through the provision of strategic advice to business leaders. As part of the SMT you will assess existing organisational structures and explore options to improve efficiencies and alignment where appropriate. Key player in the HR Transformation Programme. Skills and Experience. Extensive experience as a Head of HR Partnering withing a large multinational organisation. Organisational Design Expertise. Change agent, advocate for driving change within the team and wider business. Ability to lead, inspire, engage and influence.
