HR Advisor Hybrid Working (Dublin Based. Sanderson is recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor for its Global Financial Services client. You will be responsible for providing direct support to colleagues, the other HR groups and company management by handling a variety of HR-related duties. Delivering consistent advice, with a particular focus on payroll, you will be responsible for the preparation and input for ROI fortnightly and monthly payrolls and respond to HR queries from staff. Core Responsibilities: Support our employees across Republic of Ireland on queries relating to HR policies and procedures with a strong customer focus. Collate and administer input for fortnightly and monthly payrolls, liaising with staff and stakeholders to ensure that information is accurate and provided to the Payroll team for processing within strict timelines. Collate instructions for overtime, bank holiday pay, flexible working requests, social welfare, calculating and entering company sick pay, statutory sick pay and other payments. Prepare salary increases and bonus payments for payroll. Ensure our HR systems are accurately updated and support employees with any HR system queries. Use reporting and systems available to effectively monitor, track and audit HR processes to mitigate against risk and ensure compliance. Work collaboratively as a team with HR colleagues Northern Ireland to ensure best practise and common approach. Support the wider HR team in both NI and ROI. Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience as a HR Advisor/Generalist, with experience preparing input for payroll. Essential - HR/CIPD qualification. Ideally a minimum of 2 years' HR systems experience, with Oracle being an advantage. Employment legislation knowledge in Ireland and familiarity with terms and conditions of employment. Excel skills and analytical ability. Excellent organising and planning with a keen attention to detail.
