SR HR Business Partner Project Lead Working as part of an HR Transformation Project Team this HR Business Partner will ensure day to day operational excellence of a team of HR Business Partners and provide hands-on support to cover any gaps in the provision of HR partner delivery. Working closely with leadership teams to complete the annual cycle of HR activities to the highest of standards. Core Duties. Manage and Develop a team of experienced HR Business Partners. Deliver the full generalist remit through the provision of strategic advice to business leaders. HR Transformation Programme. Skills and Experience. Extensive experience as an HR leader within the business partnering space preferably from a large multinational organisation. Change agent, advocate for driving change within the team and wider business. Ability to lead, inspire, engage and influence.
