.net engineer sanderson have teamed up with a multinational insurance company to recruit a .net engineer. responsibilities: establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defines, documenting and enforcing system standards, design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment. requirements: undergraduate degree or equivalent in software development, a numerate discipline or other relevant subject. proficient in c#. asp.net/mvc, c++ working understanding of css and usage of jquery. working understanding of vb6, vb.net, c++ expertise of microsoft visual studio 2019 and .net framework. 4.5. experience of entity framework, orm, wcf data services, ado.net, ado, odbc. experience working with oracle and sql server databases with knowledge of database design practices. experience in financial calculations/life assurance quotation/illustrations. strong analysis, design & solutions skills. good communication, interpersonal and team work skills essential. life and pensions experience. proactive with positive and mature work attitude. excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. a strong decision making and prioritisation skillset, with ability to operate effectively under pressure in dealing with multiple customers.
