For full job description and details on how to apply: https://dublin-dental-university-hospital0.hirehive.com/job/97009/head-of-human-resources.   The Head of Human Resources is a Senior Management position within the Hospital and is responsible for the all aspects of the HR function in the Hospital at a strategic and operational level.  Applicants for this post should preferably:  • Hold a relevant third level qualification in Human Resource Management.  • Have a minimum of three years autonomous experience in a Senior HR role.  • Have demonstrable experience of operating at a senior HR management level preferably in a public sector setting with a proven track record of producing high quality results in the management and leadership of HR function.  • Have a sound knowledge of contemporary public sector Human Resources practices, employment legislation and payroll.  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication skills  • Be fully competent in MS Office and HR software systems.  • Have chartered membership of the CIPD.  Flexible working options are available in line with the Hospital Hybrid Working Policy. Remuneration is in accordance with Grade VIII salary scale which ranges from €70,373 to €84,877. This is a seven - point scale.
