Recruitment Specialist Hybrid Dublin Sanderson is partnered with its public sector client to recruit a Recruitment Specialist to work with and support the HR team to deliver a high volume recruitment service. You will partner with stakeholders, ensuring best practice and contribute to designing and refining processes and procedures that will provide for an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organisation that is in growth mode and to be part of a new and growing recruitment function. Core Responsibilities. Partner with HRBP's, Recruitment colleagues and hiring manager as a first point of contact for all recruitment activities. Ownership and management of the recruitment process, administration, tracking, screening, resourcing and assessing candidates. Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion throughout the recruiting process. Recruitment coordination and administration, diary management, scheduling, candidate and stakeholder communications. Recruitment and HR Projects, ATS implementation as well as refining processes, procedures and employer branding and attraction strategies. Skills and Experience. Good knowledge of employment and recruitment legislation. 3-5 years within a recruiting role and knowledge of talent acquisition and recruiting best practice and strategies. Relationship focused with recruitment account management experience inhouse or agency. Strong influencing and communication skills. Self motivated.
