Sanderson are working alongside a leading payment provider to recruit a Product Manager to help them continue to grow their Collections suite of applications and services. This role will be office-based in South Dublin and offered on a permanent contract. The successful candidate should have Product Manager experience in Merchants Services and a relevant qualification. Responsibilities. Take ownership and drive the Collections product and business-planning. Analyse and solutionise client needs, market trends and potential partnerships. Assess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation. Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to analyse product requirements, request appropriate projects and ensure they're successfully completed. Further the lead generation and penetration with partners like accounting software providers to extend their offering to their customers. Review new product ideas and strategies appropriate to-market plans. Be the key product expert in order to support sales initiatives and assist RFP/Tender responses with knowledge-sharing and documentation activities. Continually look to introduce M&A opportunities within the space and wider eCommerce. Liaise closely with marketing and sales teams on the release of new product functionality to ensure continual improvement. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Support team's development of sales collateral, including videos and localisation, continual case study development and hold training sessions as appropriate. Be point person for all markets for pre-sales needs for key new merchants. Requirements. BS or MS in Technology-related degree; 3-5 years' experience in a dynamic product management role in Payments. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. Highly effective cross-functional team communication skills. Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and speaking skills. Ability to interact at all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience with payment related products and solutions. Previous software and web development experience. Proven experience working in product developer in a Supervisory or managerial role.
