Senior HR Advisor EMEA - Portuguese Speaking - Remote* Sanderson is partnering with its Global Tech client to place a Sr. HR Advisor for a Portuguese and English speaking EMEA based role within the HR Shared Service Centre primarily supporting Brazilian colleagues in addition to other EMEA markets. A client facing role collaborating with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, managers and staff. Your will answer questions via the ticketing system and provide root cause analysis and systematically solve customer queries and issues. *This person can work remotely but would need to go into Dublin City for Onboarding or other ad-hoc tasks from time to time. Primarily remote but accessible to the office. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, tracking, closing and reporting progress on HR issue resolution. Manage expectations and educate on self-service HR capabilities as appropriate. Guide and coach managers to resolve basic and some complex HR issues. Support managers on implementation / execution of core People Team programs. Liaise with payroll in relation to (hiring, termination, absences, etc.). Communication to Brazil employees regarding benefits, performance management, annual rewards and overall HR policies, including participation in employee all-hands or presentations to local Brazil management. Manage PO's and contracting for Brazil employee benefit providers. Monitor and manage Brazil vacation compliance. Maintain employee records in the HRIS. Responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees. Producing all required administration in relation to employment changes. Administering all aspects in relation with occupational medicine. Take on multiple point of contact (POC) roles to support People Team projects, programs or initiatives and represent regionally or globally. Support COVID protocols and policies as well as Return to Office (RTO) systems support. Partner with Benefits team and stakeholders for employee insurance, adding and removing coverage, collecting enrolment forms and working with insurance providers and employees on enrolment and providing employee with proof of insurance coverage. Support review of reimbursements for employee benefits. Ensure timely employee status changes are input into workday and communicated to payroll. Skills & Experience. Fluent in Portuguese with strong written communication skills in a client facing capacity with the ability to also support additional European markets (Italy or Spain. Exceptional customer focus and problem solving skills. Exceptional English written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS Degree. Experience with HR Management Systems (Workday a plus.
