Process Improvement Specialist. Reporting to the Operational & Process Excellence Manager you will : - Assist the Process Improvement Team in the planning, development, coordination, support & execution of high impact plans for effective & sustainable process improvement. Support & assist the Process Improvement Team in designing & implementation of process improvement s with dept. to maximise resources & improve operational efficiencies & customer exp. Use a wide variety of analytical skills & process management skills to develop comprehensive process improvement plans. Support the transfer of new solutions & process es to the organisation on an ongoing & sustained basis, while working with functional managers, critical stakeholders &/or the process owner. Provide reports & analysis of KPIs to quantify the progress made for each project. QUALIFICATIONS. 5+ years exp. in organisational & process improvement. Third level education in a relevant field essential, with six sigma /lean qualification preferable. Exp. in deployment of Quality & Performance Management tools which drive improvement s for customers, organisation & staff. Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation & project management skills. Proven track record in delivering results by introducing new methods & thought process es which drive organisational improvements. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with a strong customer service focus. Responsive to new ideas & suggestions. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools (including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access & MS project. WHAT THEY OFFER. Competitive salary with annual review.
