Senior Learning Partner. Role Summary. Sanderson is working in partnership with its leading client to recruit a Senior Learning Partner to be part of a Team that will develop strategies and plans to deliver innovative and best practice organisational capability solutions to the business. You will lead in the execution of; high potential talent development, leadership development and a strong learning offerings for all colleagues. You will design, deliver and evaluate learning and development activities including management development, integration of Diversity & Inclusion into Learning, Communication and Branding of the function and general learning opportunities. Core responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with external partners to maintain excellent service levels and performance results. Evaluate and feedback on performance, identify and resolve any issues that arise with the provider. Work with relevant internal teams to identify and select new organisational development providers, establish contracts and on-board appropriately. Understand the business priorities, leverage internal and external resources to implement learning programmes and key initiatives. Proactively collaborate with Group stakeholders to diagnose learning and organisational capability development needs and design, develop and deploy a portfolio of development strategies and initiatives to support business needs. Design, lead and execute talent, leadership and management development strategies and programs that support the delivery of our People Strategy. Create, develop and implement progressive, High Potential program(s) for employees. Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, training providers and bodies establishing requirement for external solutions to ensure our plans are future focused and cost effective. Develop appropriate metrics that evaluate and report on the impact of organisational development and learning programs. Design and deliver innovative organisational capability interventions through embracing innovative technology and practices. Leverage interactive technologies to engage and enhance learning, including Learning management system, eLearning tools and collaboration platforms. Develop programs that include multiple modes of access and embed the 70:20:10 of learning: self-paced e-learning, virtual and face to face workshops and on the job learning activities. Work with internal communications to ensure all organisational capability initiatives are communicated effectively to employees. Forecast and manage costs effectively, always being cost conscious and delivering on budget. Skills and Experience. Minimum of a third level qualification in a relevant area. 10+ years previous experience in a similar role focused on learning and development / organisational development. Experience in vendor management.
